This one simple question reaches each of us at some point. I know I need to change; I really should change; the doctor told me to change. But when it comes down to it, so many of us don't want to change or don't know how. What is it about the unknown effects that change will bring. We envision it one way, although the harsh reality is that we won't succeed. The fear of failure is real and is an instinct buried deep inside. When we were cave people, failure meant not eating or not killing or worse, being killed. So, how do we approach change?
